Your Role

As a Referrals Officer, you will:

• Manage referrals from local authorities, ensuring placements are matched to children's needs.
• Utilize your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
• Serve as the first point of contact between local authorities, foster families, and social workers.
• Develop positive relationships through effective communication, both written and face-to-face.

What We’re Looking For

We seek someone who is:

• Friendly and possesses a big personality.
• Equipped with excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families.
• Organized and able to work independently.

Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success!

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, office-based position in Bridgend, with the flexibility to work from home as part of our hybrid model. You will be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration and support.
