We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London. If you have 2-3 years of management experience and a strong background in supporting young people aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs, this is your chance to make a real difference!

Your Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice.
- Drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
- Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring care plans and safeguarding procedures are implemented effectively.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week. You will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota.
