The Supervisor Plus position at Butlin's is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. As the main point of contact for your team, you will ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be the operational driver of success, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
• Primarily oversee accommodation on our busy intake days (Monday and Friday), while flexibly supporting other departments throughout the week.
• Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with our high standards across various departments.
• Build strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also focus on:

• Food Safety Champion: Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
• Coaching & Developing the Team: Provide on-the-job training and support to help your team excel.
• Driving Sales: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety legislation and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to audits and compliance.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with professionalism.
• A proven track record in driving sales and generating new opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility, as you will be working primarily on Mondays and Fridays in accommodation, with additional support needed across various departments throughout the week.
