Salary: Up to £23,625 per annum

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Specific Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Hybrid - Bromsgrove

Your Role

We are looking for a passionate HR Administrator to join our Human Resources Team at our Bromsgrove Head Office. In this role, you will provide organized, comprehensive, and flexible HR administrative support to our staff across Polaris Community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries, responding professionally and resolving queries.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper personnel records in line with data protection and company policies.
  • Create and manage staff files, ensuring all required documentation is recorded on the HR database.
  • Process changes to employee details and manage leavers, updating payroll and HR systems accordingly.
  • Regularly follow up on outstanding documentation from applicants, staff, and managers.
  • Record and report equal opportunities data accurately.
  • Support external inspections by auditing personnel files and ensuring compliance documentation is complete.
  • Handle reference requests for ex-casual staff in line with service level agreements and confidentiality requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communication style, able to manage confidential information
  • The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, regulated environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
