Your Role
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be filled with variety and excitement! You’ll kick off your week by cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, and then dive into different departments for the rest of the week. Your adventures could take you through:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
Sometimes, you may even switch between these areas, keeping your days fresh and engaging!
About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and work alongside a fantastic team. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement! What matters most is your attitude, mindset, and passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Training and Development
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you build the skills you need to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from:
- A detailed 90-day induction plan
- Buddy support during your learning phase
Every day will bring new experiences as you interact with guests and work alongside a diverse team, all while enhancing your hospitality skills.
Working Conditions
This role typically involves 35 hours per week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available!
