About the Role
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be filled with variety and excitement! You’ll kick off your week by cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, then dive into different areas for the rest of the week. Your adventures could take you through:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal License
About You
We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we value your attitude and passion for guest satisfaction above all else!

Training and Support
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from:
- A detailed 90-day induction plan
- Buddy support during your learning phase
Every day will bring new experiences as you interact with guests and collaborate with various team members. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas.
Working Conditions
Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
