About the Role

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Your attention to detail and warm, engaging customer service will be key to making every moment special.

Additionally, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, helping to create those magical moments that our guests will cherish forever.

About You

We’re looking for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning and enjoys working with a vibrant team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:

• Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
• Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of interacting with different team members and guests!

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course. Just be prepared to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
