About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone who visits.
This part-time role involves working 8 hours over the weekend, which can be split between Saturday and Sunday or completed in a single full day. We also see increased activity during school holidays, including half-terms, summer, and Christmas.
Pay: £12.71 per hour

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring safety during busy times. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! If not, don’t worry—we’re happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ with us.
You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as you become a vital part of our team.
Butlin's Swim Test Includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading Water
• Surface Diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
