About the Role

Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be essential as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while engaging with guests and delivering top-notch customer service.

In this role, you’ll not only safeguard our guests but also promote and lead exciting poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need to earn your NPLQ certification and kickstart your lifeguarding career.

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who naturally connect with a diverse range of people. You should be a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, especially during busy pool times. If you have prior lifeguard experience, we’d love to hear from you, but we’re equally excited to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification.

While you’ll be part of a fantastic team, there will be times when you’ll need to supervise areas independently. Our business operates seven days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are key to being a valuable team member.
