What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with potential earnings of up to £52,000 through bonuses and overtime.
- Flexible Hours: Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.
- Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt for extra shifts at £30 per hour—just one extra day a month could boost your earnings by £3,000!

Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, and each job is pre-booked with the member expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics using cutting-edge mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
