Your Role
As the Supervisor Plus, you will be the main point of contact for your team, driving operational success and maintaining high standards across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll ensure that daily operational plans are executed flawlessly, adapting to fluctuating guest demands while keeping our service exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the hands-on operational leader, guiding your team through key tasks and objectives.
- Coach and support your team to achieve departmental targets, including retail upselling.
- Conduct CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
- Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensure all stock and propositions are readily available for guests.
- Monitor guest experiences and capture feedback to continuously improve service.
- Champion Butlin’s values and leadership behaviors within your team.
- Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
- Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.
Working Conditions
Your primary focus will be on accommodation during our busy intake days on Monday and Friday, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. This role may require additional support outside of these days based on operational needs.
