As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating team tasks to meet fluctuating guest demands.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Capturing guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team is effective and engaged.
• Champion food safety and hygiene standards across all venues.
• Deliver a warm and welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Drive sales and manage stock effectively in Bars, Shops, and Restaurants.
• Supervise pool operations and ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Lead sports and activities sessions, creating an inclusive atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and developing your team.
• A strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with professionalism.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promoting new initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Working Conditions

This role primarily focuses on accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your commitment to maintaining high standards will ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
