Your Mission
Reporting to the Manager, you will:
- Ensure daily operational plans are executed flawlessly.
- Guide your team to manage fluctuating guest demands while maintaining top-notch service.
- Primarily oversee accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments as needed.
Your Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Be the hands-on leader, ensuring your team is effectively tackling key tasks.
- Coach your team to achieve targets, such as retail upselling and promotions.
- Conduct audits to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
- Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
- Support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.
Key Focus Areas
In addition to your core responsibilities, you'll also focus on:
Buffets
- Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
- Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for our guests.
- Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
Bars & Shops
- Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
- Monitor guest flow to reduce queues and improve service.
- Maintain strong stock practices and ensure brand standards are met.
Restaurants & QSRs
- Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
- Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
- Coach your team on upselling and effective checkbacks.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in audits and compliance.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints.
- A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
