In this dynamic role, you’ll have the chance to work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Your Role

As a Team Member, you’ll start by engaging in our core leisure activities, such as:

• Archery
• Pottery painting

These activities will help you build confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in your role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead larger-scale activities
• Participate in sports-based sessions, including football academy and high ropes

Additionally, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience while working with different teams and meeting a diverse range of guests.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not essential. What matters most is your adaptability and eagerness to develop new skills, starting with smaller activities and progressing into larger sports and adventure-based roles.
