Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

• Coaching and supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Driving key targets such as add-on sales and promotions.
• Ensuring compliance and high standards across various departments.
• Being hands-on in accommodation, especially on our busy intake days.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be the operational leader, guiding your team through key tasks and objectives.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with departmental standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to enhance their experience.
• Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Champion Butlin’s values and ensure effective communication within your area.

Areas of Focus

Your role will span various departments, including:

Accommodation

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Support team training and development.

Buffets

• Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales through effective coaching and team engagement.
• Maintain strong stock control and operational standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion food safety and deliver exceptional service.
• Encourage upselling and enhance guest interactions.

Splash

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly environment for guests.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
