Salary:
- Unqualified: Base salary of £27,866.34, earning up to £33,447.67 with sleep-in shifts
- Qualified: Base salary of £29,181.57, earning up to £34,762.90 with sleep-in shifts

Your Role
As a Residential Childcare Support Worker, you will:
- Support young people with challenging behavior, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Deliver high-quality care that helps each young person achieve positive outcomes.
- Work an average of 38 hours per week on a 2 days on/4 days off shift pattern, including 2 sleep-ins.
- Enjoy generous allowances for bank holidays, overtime, and a performance-related bonus.
Essential Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A full manual driving license
- The ability to work independently while maintaining clear, organized records
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive team player attitude
- Empathy, patience, and a supportive nature
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to engage, motivate, and encourage young people
Desirable Skills
If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Experience working with young people
- A Level 3 Children & Young People qualification, or a willingness to work towards it (fully funded)
