Your Role
As a Team Member Plus, your week will be filled with variety! You’ll kick off your Mondays and Fridays by cleaning our guest accommodations, and for the rest of the week, you’ll dive into different areas across the resort. This could include:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
Flexibility is key, as you may find yourself working in multiple areas throughout the week!
About You
We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. While previous experience is a plus, it’s not a requirement. What matters most is your attitude, mindset, and a genuine passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences.

Training and Development
No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you build the skills you need to thrive in your role. You’ll benefit from:
- A detailed 90-day induction plan
- Support from a buddy during your learning phase
Every day will bring new experiences as you engage with guests and collaborate with a diverse team, all while honing your hospitality skills.
Working Conditions
This role typically involves 35 hours per week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
