About the Role

At Butlin's, we live by our core value of ‘Getting Stuck In’, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who share this passion! This is a dynamic role where you’ll engage with both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

Your journey will begin with our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to dive into larger-scale activities and sports, including:

• Football academy sessions
• High ropes adventures
• And much more!

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, giving you hands-on experience in our guest-facing areas while collaborating with diverse teams and meeting a variety of guests.

Working Conditions

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re searching for energetic, positive individuals who are excited to interact with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll thrive on getting involved, learning new skills, and creating fun, engaging experiences. While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for crafting memorable moments for our guests.

You’ll be a team player who flourishes in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your role, and is eager to grow—from smaller activities to larger sports and adventure-based roles.
