Step into a new era of mobile repair with the RAC! We’re looking for passionate individuals to join our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division, where you’ll deliver top-notch vehicle servicing directly to our members, right from their driveways to their workplace car parks.

Your Rewarding Role

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

• Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,170, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
• Guaranteed Overtime: Opt-in for guaranteed overtime after your first month, earning £30 per hour for extra days worked.
• Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

What Makes SMR Unique?

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
