Your Rewarding Role
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: £45,378 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
- On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary with additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Flexible Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, featuring pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.

What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
