Salary: Base salary of £52,000, with potential earnings up to £58,600 through bonuses

We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London.
Your Role
As our Registered Manager, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a child-centered approach to care.
- Maintain robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency collaboration.
- Drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's ethos and standards.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified leader who can demonstrate:
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to pursue one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding, including relevant legislation and regulations.
- Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's welfare and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young people.

Working Conditions
This is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week. You will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota.
