Salary: Base salary of £52,000, with potential earnings up to £58,600 through bonuses

We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead our new solo children's home in London. Your Responsibilities

As our Registered Manager, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead staff practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards and regulations.
  • Ensure robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, organizing work patterns and delivering care-focused training.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a qualified and experienced leader who can demonstrate:

  • A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
  • Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge, including relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week. You will manage your own rota and participate in the on-call rota.

  • 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for the first three years
