About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a vibrant team. Don’t worry if you lack previous experience; we’re more interested in your positive attitude, mindset, and genuine desire to make a difference for our guests.
As a Team Member + 1, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by working in another area for the rest of the week. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of engaging with different team members and guests!
Whether you’re seeking a temporary role or envision a long-term career with Butlin’s, this position offers the perfect chance to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas.
