Junior Kitchen Manager | Restaurants

Are you ready to embark on an exciting culinary journey? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Butlin's Restaurants Department in Minehead!

In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a pivotal part in running our kitchen while leading a fantastic team of up to 15 passionate individuals. At Butlin's, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you will ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team for delivering exceptional service.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

As a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you will inspire your team through training schedules and performance development plans, ensuring they deliver a memorable experience for our guests every time.
