About The Role

Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Papa John’s! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team of up to 10 passionate individuals.

At the heart of our values is the commitment to making our guests smile. You’ll ensure that every operational decision keeps our guests at the forefront. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
  • Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

While previous experience at Papa John’s and achieving your ROC or AROC qualification is a plus, it’s not a dealbreaker—full training will be provided!

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
  • Be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a busy kitchen.
