Your responsibilities will include:

• Consistently delivering our brand standards and menu specifications.
• Conducting kitchen opening checks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and secure working environment.
• Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Managing food safety documentation, including temperature checks during breakfast shifts.
• Recording and monitoring food waste and ensuring proper food storage using FIFO principles.

We’re on the lookout for individuals with experience in a similar role, but we also welcome those eager to step up in their kitchen career!
