As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll have the unique opportunity to win and maximize business in your very own dedicated neighborhood—just one square mile!

Your Responsibilities

As the driving force behind your local neighborhood, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Researching your target audience and identifying opportunities in your area.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Onboarding new customers effectively while maintaining close ties with existing accounts, all tracked using Salesforce.
  • Collaborating closely with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community-focused team.
  • Delivering profitable volume growth and consistently hitting your targets.
  • Monitoring competitor and independent market activity to ensure you’re providing the best solutions and insights from the world’s largest Foodservice provider.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a dynamic individual who can not only win new business but also maximize sales with our existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A background in Field Sales or Account Management.
  • Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel.
  • A passion for building and maintaining relationships.
  • A love for sales! (A background in food is a plus, but not essential.)
