As a Your Way Sales Consultant, you’ll take charge of your very own dedicated neighbourhood—just one square mile! This is a unique opportunity that no other company is currently offering. If you thrive in a field-based role and are eager to grow your career, then we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind your local neighbourhood’s success. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Research your target audience and identify opportunities in your area.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close ties with existing accounts, tracking your progress using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with your distribution partner/driver to create a strong community-focused team.
  • Deliver profitable volume growth and consistently hit your targets.
  • Keep an eye on competitor and market activity to ensure you’re offering the best solutions from the world’s largest Foodservice provider.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who can not only win new business but also maximize sales with our existing customers. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • A background in Field Sales or Account Management.
  • Commercial acumen and technical proficiency in Excel.
  • A passion for sales and building lasting relationships.
  • A food background is a plus, but not essential!
