About the Role
Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! At Butlin’s, you won’t just be confined to one department; you’ll have the chance to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll dive into different areas such as:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Bars & Shops
- Fairground
- Buffets
And if you hold any of the following qualifications—FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH Personal License—we’d love to hear from you!
About You
We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a like-minded team. Don’t worry if you lack experience; we value your attitude and passion for guest satisfaction above all else!

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to thrive in your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and be paired with a buddy to help you navigate your new responsibilities.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role offers invaluable hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours are around 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
