About the Role
As a vital part of our team, you won’t just be confined to one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams throughout our resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay.
Your role as a lifeguard is crucial in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld. Here, safety is our top priority, and we need individuals with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A warm and engaging approach to customer service
In addition to lifeguarding, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, helping to create unforgettable moments for our guests!
About You
We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning new things and enjoys working with a dynamic team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will look like this:
- Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
- Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours
No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working alongside different team members and guests. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, we’ll provide you with the training you need, including the NPLQ course.
As part of the selection process, you’ll be invited to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
