We are on the lookout for an Advanced Analytics Lead to own, develop, and deliver advanced statistical and regression-based analytics that will underpin a groundbreaking measurement solution within our Audiences & Data portfolio.
This role sits at the exciting intersection of statistical modeling, insight generation, and commercial application. As the analytical authority, you will model, interpret, and translate perception, brand, and influence data into robust insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on senior analytics role that requires deep expertise in regression and multivariate modeling, along with the ability to clearly explain methodologies, guide junior analysts, and ensure outputs are both statistically sound and commercially relevant.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Own the end-to-end analytical approach for a flagship perception and influence measurement solution, from model design through to delivery.
Design, run, and evolve regression, multivariate, and factor-based models to identify and quantify the drivers of perception and influence.
Collaborate closely with commercial, insight, and product teams to shape analytical approaches that address real business questions.
Support sales and account teams by clearly articulating what the analytics can (and cannot) demonstrate.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to analysts working on perception and influence analytics.
Enhance overall analytical capability through coaching on statistical thinking, modeling techniques, and interpretation.
Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and skills development within the analytics function as needed.
Qualifications & Experience…
Strong experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or quantitative research roles.
Deep, hands-on expertise in regression analysis and multivariate statistical techniques.
Strong working knowledge of R and/or Python for statistical analysis.
Experience working with survey, perception, attitudinal, or brand-related data.
Experience in media, marketing effectiveness, brand measurement, or advertising analytics.
Familiarity with index construction, weighting frameworks, or composite metrics.
Experience working with large, multi-market datasets.
Exposure to experimental design or causal inference approaches.
Working Conditions
This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, in line with our current company policy and to be agreed upon with your Line Manager. Please note that WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
