Your Role:
As a Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between local authorities, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing referrals from local authorities
- Using key information to ensure placements are matched according to children's needs
- Finding creative solutions to foster placement requests
- Building positive relationships through effective communication
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and administrative skills, a passion for making a difference, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in children's services is a plus, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!
