About the Role

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? As a trainee lifeguard at our Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your primary focus will be on guest safety while providing exceptional customer service and engaging with visitors.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor pool areas, rapids, and flumes to ensure guest safety.
• Promote and run fun poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories.
• Receive training through our NPLQ course if you don’t already have a lifeguard qualification.

This full-time position requires you to work 35 hours per week, with a variety of shifts available. Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is especially important. During busy weekends, you may also assist our Bars department, giving you the chance to develop new skills and make new friends!

To join our team, you must be:

• Aged 18 or over.
• Flexible, reliable, and punctual.

We offer live-in accommodation for those relocating to the area, making it easier for you to join our vibrant community!

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for detail, you’ll excel in monitoring the pool during busy times.

While a previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, we’re more than happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ—fully funded by us!

In this role, you’ll work alongside a fantastic team, but you should also be comfortable supervising areas independently when needed.
