About the Role

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? As a trainee lifeguard at our Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your primary focus will be on guest safety while providing exceptional customer service. You’ll also get to promote and run engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a lifeguard qualification yet! We’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Typical working hours: This full-time role covers 35 hours per week, with a variety of shifts available. Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is especially important. During our busy weekend breaks, you may also assist our Bars department, giving you the chance to develop new skills and make new friends!

To join our team, you must be aged 18 or over. Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.

About You

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can easily connect with a diverse range of people. If you’re a strong swimmer with a keen eye for detail, you’ll excel in monitoring the pool during busy times.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, we’d love to hear from you! If not, don’t worry—we’re happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ, fully funded by us!

You’ll be part of a fantastic team, but there will also be times when you’ll supervise areas independently, showcasing your leadership skills.
