About The Role
Are you ready to take the lead in a vibrant kitchen environment? We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our Restaurant & Quick Serve department in beautiful Bognor Regis, where you’ll oversee our bustling Papa John’s 200-seater restaurant.
As a key player reporting to the Senior Kitchen Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our kitchen operations, guiding a dynamic team of up to 10 members per shift. Your mission? To ensure our guests leave with smiles on their faces! You’ll achieve this by keeping guest satisfaction at the forefront of every operational decision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Resource planning and recruitment to build the best team.
- Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
- Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Typical Working Hours
This role offers a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, spread over 5 days with a variety of shifts between 7am - 3am, depending on the restaurant’s opening hours.

As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll also be responsible for managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
