Your Responsibilities

As a Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchens. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Junior Kitchen Manager and overseeing daily operations in your section.
• Ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation while adhering to health and safety regulations.

More Information

This is a 35-hour role, working on a rota of 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business and support your team.

If you're over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
• A desire to step up to the next level in your culinary career.
• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
• Confidence in leading a team to consistently deliver high standards in a fast-paced kitchen.
