About the Role
Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant Butlin's Restaurants Department in Minehead! Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in running our kitchen and leading a dynamic team of up to 15 passionate individuals.

At Butlin's, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll ensure that our guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions, from resource planning and recruitment to delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Your passion for exceptional service will shine through as you monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement.

Financial performance is key in this role. You’ll be responsible for delivering food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adhering to cooking standards. Additionally, you’ll uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.

As a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you’ll inspire your team by implementing training schedules and performance development plans. We believe that variety is the spice of life, and in this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and nurture your team’s skills!
