About The Role
We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Manager to join our vibrant team in Minehead!

You should be hardworking, determined, and reliable—someone who thrives on getting things done and is always looking for better ways to help the team consistently meet our brand standards. Making our guests smile is at the heart of our values, and you’ll ensure this happens by keeping guests at the center of all operational decisions. This includes:

• Resource planning
• Recruitment and selection
• Building the best team to deliver amazing service

Your passion for exceptional experiences will shine through as you regularly monitor performance and develop action plans focused on continuous improvement. Financial performance is key, and you’ll manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to our standards and specifications. You’ll also uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety in line with legislation and company policies.

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving candidates who understand their role in enhancing the guest experience by unleashing the potential of the team. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is essential, and you should be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
