About the Role
Your primary mission? To keep our guests safe and happy! As a lifeguard, you will:
- Monitor pool activities with a keen eye for detail.
- Engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Promote and run exciting poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.
If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll support you through your NPLQ course, equipping you with all the training you need to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you’ll need:
- A strong swimming ability and fantastic attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and gain your NPLQ qualification if you don’t have one already.
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week.
