Your Role
As a vital part of our resort, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.
As a Lifeguard, you will:
- Ensure a fun and safe environment for guests at our Splash Waterworld.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail, prioritizing safety above all.
- Engage with guests through poolside activities, creating memorable moments.
About You
We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who enjoys learning and collaborating with a like-minded team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:
- Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.
- Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.
No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working with diverse team members and guests!
If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through the NPLQ course. You’ll also need to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
