If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that's fantastic! But don't worry if you don't—we'll help you get certified by putting you through the NPLQ course after you pass the Butlin's swim test. This is your chance to kickstart your career in lifeguarding!

As a lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fun and safe experience in the pool and on the flumes. Safety is our top priority, so we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety.
• Lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages.
• Strong swimmers with a commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility and punctuality are essential. You’ll be a vital part of our team!

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete the Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
