About the Role
As a lifeguard, your primary responsibility will be to:
- Ensure the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes.
- Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with guests.
- Promote and run exciting poolside activities.
This part-time position involves working 8 hours over the weekend, which can be split between Saturday and Sunday or completed in a single day. We also see increased activity during school holidays, including half terms, summer, and Christmas.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of guests. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
- A strong swimming ability and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous lifeguard qualifications are a plus, but we’re happy to support you in obtaining your NPLQ.
- The ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality, as our business operates 7 days a week.
Butlin's Swim Test Includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading Water
- Surface Diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
