Your Work Environment

You’ll be part of the Bridgwater cluster, covering areas like Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Weston-super-Mare, Highbridge, and Cheddar. Enjoy the freedom of working in your local area with a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work!

Your Daily Tasks

Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, and each job is pre-booked with the member expecting you. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Routine servicing
  • Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
  • In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
  • Providing member advice and recommendations
  • Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
  • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
