In this role, you’ll experience:
- Structured Work: No emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts. You’ll have a clear digital schedule with pre-booked jobs.
- Hands-On Tasks: Perform routine servicing, diagnostics with advanced mobile equipment, in-depth repairs, and vehicle safety checks.
- Member Interaction: Provide valuable advice and recommendations based on your inspections.
From day one, you’ll be equipped with everything you need: a fully stocked RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics. Your technical skills will shine as you help keep our members moving safely and confidently.

What You’ll Need:
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
