Where You’ll Work
You’ll be part of the vibrant Harrogate cluster, covering areas like Harrogate, Knaresborough, Ripon, Boroughbridge, Wetherby, and Otley. We prioritize local work, allowing you to focus on getting our members back on the road right in your community.
What You’ll Need
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- A customer-focused approach that puts our members first.
- A full UK driving licence.
As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll provide expert mechanical roadside repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll deliver quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.
Start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head-on and making a real impact on the roadside. We’ll equip you for success from day one with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.
