Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Responsibilities
As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team by:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and undertaking repairs
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met
- Building strong client relationships through clear communication
- Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed
- Attending meetings with senior management and clients, and completing reports as required
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have practical experience with electrical work
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification
- Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation
- Are a strong communicator with a professional, flexible attitude
- Hold a full driving licence
