Location: Warwickshire
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired. Just let us know when you speak to us!

Your Role

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be a key player in delivering high-quality outcomes for our Severn Trent Framework team. You’ll work in a supportive environment that encourages innovation and excellence in project delivery. What Will You Be Responsible For?

In this role, you will:

• Lead a small team of site engineers and support multi-project resourcing.
• Establish survey controls and conduct levelling and other land surveying tasks.
• Write and review quality documents such as ITPs and complete ITRs using digital tools.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.

What Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Degree/HND or equivalent qualification.
• Have experience in a civil engineering or construction environment.
• Possess strong attention to detail and uphold high standards of quality.
• Hold a full driving license.
