Location & Hours
Location: East Hyde, Bedfordshire - Enjoy some remote working options, with occasional travel to other offices required.
Hours: 45 hours per week - We offer flexibility, so just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role
As a Design Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the design phase of our construction projects. Your mission? To ensure everything is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our high-quality standards. You will provide essential engineering support and coordinate design stakeholders and deliverables across the East Hyde project.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the engineering assurance process for designs developed by our design partners.
- Manage design changes and serve as the primary point of contact for technical queries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and fulfill their specific requirements.
- Uphold design quality procedures, working with a 'right-first time' philosophy.
- Ensure compliance with Construction Design & Management (CDM) regulations and manage design-related health and safety risks.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in an engineering discipline or related field.
- Have experience working on complex technical projects, ensuring target delivery for time, cost, and quality.
- Possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excel in communication and have great people skills.
- Hold a full driving license for travel to various offices and sites.
