Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
As part of our exciting 15-year partnership with L&Q, you'll be instrumental in our Major Works Improvement Programme, focusing on external wall remediation across multiple blocks. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.
What Will You Be Responsible For?
In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will:
- Manage commercial resources to achieve budgeted profitability on projects.
- Appoint subcontractors and place orders for materials and plant within delegated authorities.
- Measure and value work to support invoicing customers and paying suppliers.
- Propose and negotiate contract variations with customers and suppliers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the supply chain to ensure successful project delivery.
What Are We Looking For?
This role is perfect for you if:
- You possess clear communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and the supply chain.
- You have experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to Building Safety Regulation works.
- You are organized, can prioritize effectively, and work well under deadlines.
- You hold relevant qualifications such as a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying.
- You are confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software systems.
