Are you ready to make a difference? We're on the lookout for a passionate Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic Fire Remediation team based in the vibrant Isle of Dogs.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role

As part of our exciting 15-year partnership with L&Q, you'll be instrumental in our Major Works Improvement Programme, focusing on external wall remediation across multiple blocks. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for residents.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage commercial resources to achieve budgeted profitability on projects.
• Appoint subcontractors and place orders for materials and plant within delegated authorities.
• Measure and value work to support invoicing customers and paying suppliers.
• Propose and negotiate contract variations with customers and suppliers.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and the supply chain to ensure successful project delivery.

What Are We Looking For?

This role is perfect for you if:

• You possess clear communication skills and thrive in collaborative environments with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and the supply chain.
• You have experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to Building Safety Regulation works.
• You are organized, can prioritize effectively, and work well under deadlines.
• You hold relevant qualifications such as a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• You are confident using IT packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software systems.
