Location: Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office required.

As a Senior Architect, you will lead design teams in producing high-quality work, detailed drawings, and specifications that ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead and participate in substantial and complex projects, managing design teams for effective delivery.
• Prepare detailed plans, coordinate design information, and produce both concept and detailed drawings.
• Administer contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, while managing project performance commercially.
• Support and lead local and national bids, networking to generate new opportunities.
• Mentor and coach fellow team members, promoting architectural excellence.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You are a qualified Architect (preferably Chartered) with outstanding design capabilities and technical detailing skills.
• You have experience in team management and can demonstrate competence across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
• You possess strong knowledge of current regulations, procurement methods, contract administration, and BIM using REVIT/Autodesk products.
• You excel in building and maintaining positive client relationships, both internally and externally.
• You thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment and bring innovation to your design approach.
